Appointment duration

Has any tag

Hashes (SHA1, MD5, etc.)

A list of all hashes associated with a document.

Hidden content

A list of the types of any hidden content found in a file, such as comments, revisions, macros, or hidden sheets.

Ingest session

The automatically created ID of the ingest session.

Is a family head

Whether a document has attachments and is the highest parent in a given document family.  This applies to emails or documents with embedded objects. 

Is a loose document

A document is loose if it does not have a parent or a child.  The value of this field can be Yes or No.

Is an attachment

Whether a document is an attachment to an email. The value of this field can be Yes or No.

Is an inclusive email

Whether an email includes all of the other communications in the thread. The value of this field can be Yes or No.

Is part of a conversation

Whether an email is part of an email thread. The value of this field can be Yes or No.

Is part of a family

Document Relationships

Whether the email or file is part of a family, meaning it has attachments or is an attachment to an email. The value of this field can be Yes or No.

Is part of a production from this database

Productions

Whether the email or file has previously been produced from this DISCO database.  The value of this field can be Yes or No.

Languages

Languages

The languages used in the file or email, including the relative percentages of each language used.

Meeting duration

The duration of a meeting in hours. This field is specific to .ics files.

Primary custodian

Primary language

Languages

The primary language used in the the document or email.

Privilege note

The contents of the DISCO Privilege Note field.

Processing details

Details from the document’s ingest session into DISCO. Processing details describe why an ingested file received its processing status. 

Processing status

Whether the document has processed into DISCO successfully.  The value of this field can be Success, Failure, or Partial.

Productions

List of past productions names in which this document appears. 

Record type

The record type, such as Edoc, Edoc attachment, email, email attachment, hard copy, or calendar appt.

Redaction locations

Redactions

A list of metadata fields on which a metadata redaction has been placed for that document.

Redaction reasons

The Redaction Reasons applied to a redaction in DISCO.

Reference ID

Production specific

Optional field that can be used to uniquely order documents.

Revision count

Hidden Content

Count of revisions extracted from metadata of native file.

Revision number

Revision number is the number of times the document has been saved from the file’s properties.  For example, Word documents will generally have a revision number.

Similar document count

The number of documents that are considered similar to the current document, including the current document.  (Article: Similar documents.) 

Tag count

The number of tags applied to the document.

Tagged by

Tags

The names of reviewers who have tagged the document, followed by the email address each uses to log in to DISCO.
